Red Wolves - IU East

The Indiana University East track and field teams conclude the regular season at the Indiana Wesleyan University Invitational on April 21.

Events start at noon.

Red Wolves redshirt senior Vanessa Legg (Lynn, Ind./Randolph Southern High School) will compete in heptathlon events on April 20.

MILESTONE MARKER

The IWU Invitational in a new event on Indiana Wesleyan's schedule. IU East has been a frequent attendee at the annual Polar Bear Invitational and Little State Invitational at Indiana Wesleyan in past years.

LAST TIME OUT

IU East finished ninth in the men's team standings and 11th in the women's team standings at the Little State Invitational on April 13-14.

SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION

Six intercollegiate track and field programs from a variety of levels and several unattached athletes are scheduled to participate.

Freshman Brandon Muncie (Indianapolis, Ind./Lawrence North High School) is the No. 2 seed for the men's long jump.
