The KIAC All-Sports Trophy uses an average of a team's conference finish to determine a winner. The format is based on an 10 to 1 scale with the regular season winner in each sport earning 10 points, all the way down to one point for 10th place. Points for cross country, track and field and golf are determined by a team's finish in the KIAC meet.

Indiana University Southeast won the Commissioner's Cup for the fourth consecutive season.
