Red Wolves, keep running!
Indiana University East cross country coach Pam Mertz reminds the Red Wolves' returning cross country runners to keep up their training during the summer months.
IU East's returning runners are invited to join in free open runs at Earlham College. The 4-mile runs are on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Meet the group at Earlham College's "G" Street entrance.
"Open gym" weightlifting workouts will be on Mondays at 5 p.m. at IU East starting June 7.
IU East's official cross country practices start Aug. 1.
