Esports Playoff Run Comes to an End

RICHMOND, Ind. – The IU East Esports teams wrapped up their season this past week.

Rocket League finished their season in the semifinals against Colombia College. The Red Wolves went the distance but fell 4-3.

The Super Smash team also finished their season in the semifinals, dropping 2-0 to John Brown.

The Fortnite Duos Red team placed 13^th overall out of 123 teams, while the White team finished 40^th.

"I've never seen them so motivated for next season," Coach Britt said about the current mentality of the program.
