Men's Basketball: IU East at Kentucky Christian Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's basketball team is looking for a second straight victory as the Red Wolves visit Kentucky Christian University on Thursday, Jan. 29.

The River States Conference affair on Ron Arnett Court begins at 6 p.m.

IU East is 10-10 overall and 2-6 record in the conference after beating Brescia University 89-72 on Friday, Jan. 23.

Kentucky Christian is 6-12 and 3-5. The Knights are also hoping for a second win a row after they defeated SMWC 72-58 on the road last Friday.

Ron Arnett Court is located in the Knights Athletic Fieldhouse, which has an address of 100 Academic Parkway, Grayson, KY 41143.

* In the earlier contest this season, IU East picked up a 103-95 win over the Knights in Richmond on Dec. 13.

* Mikey Johnson led IU East with 24 points and 11 rebounds against the Knights.

* Kentucky Christian's Markell Hood had 23 points versus the Red Wolves.

* In the win over Brescia, Cole Henry had 26 points, nine rebounds and three blocks for the Red Wolves.

* LeMar Northington II topped the Knights with 18 points at SMWC.
