Men's Basketball: IU East at Reinhardt Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's basketball team heads to Georgia to face Reinhardt University on Saturday, Nov. 8.

The game in the James & Sis Brown Athletic Center starts at 3 p.m.

IU East is 1-0 after an 85-72 victory over the University of St. Francis in the home opener of the Red Wolves on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

Reinhardt comes into the contest at 0-4. The Eagles dropped a 104-64 decision at home to Dalton State University on Sunday, Nov. 2.

* Tobey Billups led IU East with 22 points in the win over St. Francis.

* Mikey Johnson (19 points), Jeremiah Landers (13) and Caleb Maurer (10) were also in double digits for IU East against St. Francis.

* Reinhardt tied for seventh in the Appalachian Athletic Conference preseason poll. The University of Pikeville was picked to win the 13-team league.

* Tucker Lowe led the Eagles with 15 points versus Dalton State as Arael Jones added 11 points.
