Men's Golf: Earlham Fall Invitational Day 2 Recap

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's golf team finished in second place during the Forest Hills Invitational hosted by Earlham College on Sunday, Sept. 18.

The Red Wolves improved by nine strokes as a team to post a 312-303-615.

Wabash College won the event with a team score of 312-298-610. Wabash's Sean Bledsoe was the medalist as he topped the field with a 72-71-143. First round leader Earlham was third with 309-319-628.

Jake Miller led IU East with a 77-75-152 as he finshed tied for third to earn a spot on the all-tournament team.

IU East had Sam Firebaugh (78-75-153, 6th), Austin Shelley (78-76-154, 7th) and Conrad Emmons (79-77-156, 10th) end the two-day event in the top 10.

The other scores for the Red Wolves were Emiliano Tercero (80-77-157, 11th), Mason Hahn (80-81-161, 20th), Sam Roberts (78-84-162, 26th), Dillon Letendre (90-85-175, 42nd), Mark Byerly (89-88-177, 46th) and Aiden Collins (98-91-189, 56th)

The Red Wolves host the IU East Fall Invitational on Friday, Sept. 23. The event is at the Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Ind.
