Barnes Leads Red Wolves in Day 1 of RSC Preview

DANIELS, W.V. – Freshman Will Barnes fired a 2-over 74 to finish Day 1 of the RSC Preview as the IU East men's golf team finished the day one shot behind leading Rio Grande.

Barnes finished the day for a tie in 3^rd place. Jake Miller finished a shot behind Barnes with a 75. Sam Firebaugh was next after finishing tied for 14^th at 4-over. Austin Shelley finished with a +5, 77.

Riley Bratton completed the round as an individual but finished with a 78, good for 23^rd. Emeiliano Tercero was a shot behind Bratton with a 79.

The Red Wolves finished with a score of 302, tied with Midway and one stroke ahead of IU Kokomo.

The preview will finish on Tuesday.
