Men's Golf: IU East at Alice Lloyd Spring Invitational Preview
RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East golf men's golf team begins 2026 with the Alice Lloyd College Spring Invitational this weekend in Kentucky.
The Battlefield Golf Club in Richmond is the site for the two-day, 36-hole tournament that gets underway on Saturday, March 21. The final round is on Sunday.
Both days are scheduled for a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
IU East will be represented by two teams. The lineup for first squad is Sam Firebaugh, Noah Mulford, Landon True, Dare Bowles and Kylan Nash. The second team is made up of Riley Bratton, Nick Brubaker, Braden Tedder, Ryan Craig and Zach Rutan. Brady Geis is playing as an individual.
Along with the host Eagles and IU East the other teams are Berea College, Bluffton University, Defiance College, IU Southeast, Kentucky Christian University, Knox College, Shawnee State University and Union Commonwealth University.

YOU OUGHT TO KNOW
* IU East finished third at the River States Conference Fall Preview on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
* Last season, the Red Wolves were third in this event as they had a team score of 295-283-577.
* Firebaugh led IU East a year ago with a 70-68-138 as he tied for second place.
* The RSC Championships will be in West Virginia at the Glade Springs Resort on April 26-28.
