Men's Soccer: Midway 2, IU East 1

MIDWAY, Ky. - The Indiana University East men's soccer team ended the regular season with a 2-1 loss at Midway University on Saturday, Oct. 28.

The Red Wolves are 5-12-1 overall with a 3-6-1 record in the River States Conference. The Eagles are 6-11-0, 5-5-0.

IU East has qualified for the RSC Championships as the No. 7 seed. The Red Wolves are headed to No. 2 University of Rio Grande for a quarterfinal match on Saturday, Nov. 4. The contest starts at 4:30 p.m.

On Saturday versus Midway, Vince Brown scored for IU East early in the second half. It was Brown's fourth goal of the fall.

Alex Visscher had 14 saves in goal for the Red Wolves.
