CENTERVILLE, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's soccer team fell 4-3 to the University of Pikeville at Centerville High School on Monday, Sept. 4.
Pikeville picked up three goals in the opening period, while helping the Red Wolves with an own goal to lead 3-1.
After Pikeville added another goal in the second half, the Red Wolves picked a pair of scores to close the gap.
Tristan Thomas found the net at 51:44 with an assist from Bawi Ting.
Ting had the final tally of the contest with an unassisted goal at 72:33.
Alex Vissher had three saves in the first for IU East, while Kobe Foster was in goal in the second recording a save.
IU East (0-4) returns to action at the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Thursday, Sept. 7. The non-conference affair begins at 7 p.m.
