EATON, Ohio - The IU East men's soccer team celebrated Senior Day with a 1-0 victory over IUPUC at Eaton (Ohio) High School on Saturday, Oct. 21.

With the River States Conference victory, the Red Wolves are 5-10-1 overall and 3-4-1 in the league. IUPUC is 7-7-1, 3-5-1.

Prior to the match, seniors Alex Visscher, Callum Coleman and Josh Hlei were honored for their contributions to the IU East program.  

After a scoreless opening period, Jake Erbse got the Red Wolves on the scoreboard with a goal at 51:13 with an assist from Tyree Hyman.

It was the fourth goal of the season for Erbse, while Hyman's assist was his team-high third of the fall.

Having won two straight, IU East travels to Oakland City University on Thursday, Oct. 26.
