Men's Volleyball: Cumberland 3, IU East 0

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's volleyball team dropped a 25-15, 25-21, 25-22 River States Conference decision to Cumberland University on Saturday, March 7.

IU East is now 5-4 overall with a 3-3 mark in the conference, while Cumberland is 7-7 and 3-2.

Jael De La Cruz led the Red Wolves with eight kills in the contest on Lingle Court with Francis Rivera Agosto adding seven kills. Brayden Richardson recorded 13 assists as Olwin Corrales contributed eight assists.

Defensively, Judah Davis topped IU East with six blocks as Rivera Agosto finished with seven digs.

Next up for the Red Wolves is a non-conference match at home versus Lourdes University on Tuesday, March 10. The scheduled start time is 6 p.m.
