Cross Country: NAIA Great Lakes Challenge Preview
RICHMOND, Ind. - Indiana University East's cross country teams will take part in the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in Michigan on Saturday, Oct. 25.
The 17th annual affair is hosted by Aquinas College at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.
IU East's 10th ranked men's squad competes in the Maroon Division, which has 10 other teams in the latest rankings. On the women's side, the Red Wolves received votes in the most recent NAIA National Poll as they are set to run against 10 ranked teams in the Maroon Division.

10 a.m. - Men's Maroon 8K
11 a.m. - Women's Maroon 5K
11:45 a.m. - Men's White 8K
12:45 p.m. - Women's White 5K

YOU OUGHT TO KNOW
* This is the final meet of the season for the Red Wolves before they run at the River States Conference Championships at the University Rio Grande on Saturday, Nov. 8.
* There will be individual awards for the top 20 finishers in each race.
* IU East's teams competed in two races each in the 24th Annual Swags Louisville Cross Country Classic on Saturday, Oct. 4.
* Mylan Nocton had the top time for the men at Louisville in the 8K time at 25:05.3, while Emily Fleming posted a 23:12.6 in the 6K and Makenzee Kahn ran a 20:59.5 in the 5K event.
