Women's Basketball: IU Southeast at IU East Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East women's basketball team celebrates Senior Day as the Red Wolves welcome IU Southeast to Lingle Court on Saturday, Feb. 14.

The River States Conference contest opens a doubleheader with the Grenadiers at 1 p.m.

IU East is 11-13 overall and 7-6 in the league after a 91-77 loss at home to Shawnee State University on Tuesday, Feb. 10.

The Grenadiers enter the contest at 13-12 and 9-4 in the conference. IU Southeast has won three straight including a 124-60 victory over IU Columbus in New Albany earlier this week.

* IU East seniors Taylor Farris, Gracie Kramer, Minaxi Pandey and Peyton Wells will be honored after the game prior to the men's affair.

* Wells led the Red Wolves with 24 points and five assists against Shawnee State.

* Also versus Shawnee State, Farris had 19 points and Maggie Anderson finished with 13 points and six rebounds.

* Morgan Roberts topped IU Southeast with 36 points in the win over IU Columbus with Jesse Ledgerwood tossing in 25 points.
