Women's Soccer: IU East Week Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East women's soccer team makes two road trips this week to face River States Conference foes.

On Thursday Oct. 10, the Red Wolves travel to Brescia University for an affair in Kamuf Park Sports Complex that starts at 5 p.m. (IU East time). IU East then plays at IU Columbus on Saturday Oct. 12. The match in the Richard J. Wigh Soccer Center begins at 4:30 p.m.

IU East is 1-7-3 overall and 1-1-1 in the RSC. The Red Wolves fell 2-1 in their most recent outing against WVU Tech last Saturday.

Brescia is 3-6 with a 1-1 mark in the conference after the Bearcats lost 1-0 at the University of Rio Grande on Oct. 5.

With four losses in a row, IU Columbus is 2-6-1 and 0-3 as the Crimson Pride dropped an 8-2 decision to Midway University earlier this week.
