Women's Soccer: IU East 0, Lawrence Tech 0

CENTERVILLE, Ind. - For the second time this season the Indiana University East women's soccer team played to a scoreless draw as the Red Wolves battled with Lawrence Tech University on Wednesday, Sept. 17.

After the contest at Centerville High School, IU East is 3-3-2, while Lawrence Tech is now 1-2-2. The Red Wolves began the season with a 0-0 tie against Madonna University back in August.

The Blue Devils had a 13-10 edge in shots, while IU East goalkeeper Elizabeth Sarfo-Benson had five saves for the Red Wolves.

Maya Diceanu topped the Red Wolves with three shots attempts.

IU East opens River States Conference play at Oakland City University on Thursday, Sept. 25.
