Women's Volleyball: IU East 3, Brescia 0

OWENSBORO, Ky. - The Indiana University East women's volleyball team closed out the weekend with 25-13, 25-15, 25-21 victory at Brescia University on Saturday, Oct. 18.

After the River States Conference win, the Red Wolves are 6-5 with an overall mark of 13-16. Brescia is 7-16 and 2-9.

Noema Philistin-Lynch and Payton Schultheis topped IU East with nine kills apiece.

Alayna Barrett, Brooklyn Taylor, Abby Herman and Amyra Lockett contributed four kills each.

Aislyn Hogan handed out 25 assists, while Ella Bickel had 19 digs and Herman finished with 11 digs.

Next up for the Red Wolves is a visit to the University of Rio Grande on Friday, Oct. 24. The RSC affair is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
