Men's Volleyball: Weekend Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's volleyball team entertains a pair of River States Conference foes on Lingle Court this weekend.

First up is a match with Georgetown College on Friday, March 6. That contest begins at 6 p.m. On Saturday, IU East faces Cumberland University at 1 p.m.

The Red Wolves are 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the league after beating the University of Rio Grande 25-21, 17-25, 25-16, 25-22 last weekend.

Georgetown is 5-6 overall with a 3-1 mark in the RSC. The Tigers are coming off a 25-21, 25-18, 25-18 victory over Rio Grande earlier this week.

Winners of two in a row heading into Friday night's match at Rio Grande, Cumberland is 5-7 and 1-2.

* Georgetown and Cumberland are both affiliate members in the RSC for men's volleyball. They are members of the Mid-South Conference.
